Delivery, returns and complaints

We deliver within Norway only, with Posten/Bring. Shipping is free. Estimated transit time is 2–5 business days after handover to the carrier, depending on the service and destination. Pre-sale waiting time is separate; expected dispatch timing will be stated in the pre-sale offer and order confirmation. Returns are free using the prepaid return label we provide. Under the Norwegian Cancellation Act (angrerettloven), notify us of withdrawal within 14 days, counted from the day after you receive the item, and return it within 14 days of notifying us.

Complaints are handled under the Norwegian Consumer Purchases Act (forbrukerkjøpsloven). See Shipping & returns for return instructions and refund details.
