What you provide

We collect only the information visitors enter into our forms:

• Updates: email address.
• Contact: email address, topic and message.
• Ambassador applications: name, email address, social handle, location and message.

Why we use it

We use your information to send the launch and pre-sale updates you requested, answer your messages, and assess ambassador applications.

The legal bases are your consent for update subscriptions (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)) and your request where processing is necessary to take steps at your request before entering a contract (Article 6(1)(b)). Where your request is based on consent, Article 6(1)(a) applies.

Services and storage

Form submissions are delivered via FormSubmit (formsubmit.co) to our Gmail inbox, provided by Google.

The website is hosted through OpenAI Sites on Cloudflare infrastructure. Hosting providers process the technical request information needed to deliver the website. The site uses system fonts; no external font service or analytics code is included.

The site sets no tracking cookies. It stores a local browser preference to remember whether you have entered past the intro; this is not used to track visitors. External services may process technical information according to their own policies.

How long we keep it

We keep form information only as long as needed for its purpose. Update-list emails are kept until you unsubscribe. You can request deletion by emailing TheLegazy2099@gmail.com.

Your rights

You may request access, correction or deletion, withdraw consent, or object to processing. To exercise these rights or unsubscribe, contact TheLegazy2099@gmail.com. You may complain to Datatilsynet, the Norwegian Data Protection Authority.
